1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Simon Robin Stephens Art ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Artwork Purchases

2.1 Original Artworks

All original paintings are one-of-a-kind pieces. Once sold, they cannot be duplicated. Each includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

2.2 Prints & Reproductions

Limited edition prints are numbered and signed. We reserve the right to limit edition sizes.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via SumUp. We accept major credit/debit cards.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times and shipping costs are outlined on our Shipping page. We ship worldwide. All artworks are insured during transit.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy for most items. Artwork must be returned in original condition. Commission pieces cannot be returned. See full details on our Shipping page.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, and content on this website are protected by copyright. Purchasing artwork grants you ownership of the physical piece only, not reproduction rights.

7. Commission Work

Commission terms are agreed individually. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work. Remaining 50% due upon completion before shipping.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take every care with packaging, but cannot be held liable for damage caused by courier mishandling. All shipments are fully insured.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
