Your artwork is precious to me, and I take great care in packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:
Protected with acid-free tissue paper, rigid cardboard backing, and moisture-resistant outer packaging
Wrapped in bubble wrap, corner protectors, and sturdy box with fragile stickers
Rolled in acid-free tissue, placed in rigid postal tube with protective end caps
All original artworks include a signed certificate in a protective sleeve
Tracked Delivery: All orders are sent via tracked courier so you can monitor your delivery
Fully Insured: Every artwork is insured during transit up to its full purchase value
Email Updates: You'll receive dispatch confirmation and tracking information by email
Signature Required: For high-value items, signature on delivery is required for security
Dispatched within 1-2 business days of order confirmation
Typically 3-5 business days for professional printing and quality checking before dispatch
Current lead time: 4-6 weeks (discussed individually)

For high-value original artworks, I require a street address for tracked, insured delivery. Prints can be sent to PO boxes.
Yes! Just add a note during checkout or email me, and I'll include a gift message and send to a different address.
