Processing & Tracking

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 working days. During busy exhibition periods (November-December), processing may take up to 3 working days.

Dispatch notification with tracking number

Insurance & Security

All artworks are fully insured during transit for their full purchase value. Signature is required on delivery to ensure safe receipt.

International Customers

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, please be aware:

Customs declarations are completed honestly with the artwork's true value
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility
Charges vary by country and artwork value
Your local customs office can provide specific information

Note: Delays may occur due to customs processing. This is normal and outside of our control. Most international orders arrive within 7-14 working days.

Receive your artwork immediately

Issues & Returns

Damaged in Transit

While rare thanks to careful packaging, if your artwork arrives damaged:

Take photos of the damage and packaging immediately
Contact me within 48 hours at contact@simonrobinstephensart.com
Do not dispose of packaging (needed for insurance claim)
I'll arrange a replacement or full refund

Lost in Transit

If your tracked order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact me immediately. I'll investigate with Royal Mail and ensure you receive your artwork or a full refund.

Returns Policy

I want you to love your artwork. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return original paintings within 14 days for a full refund. Prints and cards are non-returnable unless damaged. Please contact me before returning any item.
