About This Painting
This little waterfall in Grove Park, Carshalton, is my thinking spot. When everything feels too loud, I come here. The sound of water over stone has a way of quieting the noise inside. I painted this from memory, trying to hold onto that feeling of stillness—the way the light filters through trees and the world shrinks down to just water, stone, and breath.
